Key Responsibilities:
Attend customers and understand vehicle service/repair requirements.
Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
Keep customers updated on service progress and obtain approvals for additional work.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and address service-related concerns.
Promote value-added services and maintenance packages.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per hour
