Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR Sourcing Specialist to manage the complete recruitment process.
Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment.
Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Screen and shortlist candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Manage multiple job openings.
Maintain recruitment records and reports.
Handle offer discussions and onboarding.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in HR Recruitment.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of recruitment portals and ATS.
Ability to meet hiring targets and deadlines.
Experience in IT/technical recruitment is preferred.
