Assist in operating the blown film extrusion line as per SOP and production plan.
Support machine setup, die, air ring, IBC, screen changer and winder operation.
Monitor film quality (gauge, width, appearance) and report deviations immediately.
Help in raw material loading, mixing and changeover activities.
Maintain housekeeping, safety practices and assist in basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
Ensure 5’S & EHS program implemented on the shop floor.
Minimize rejection, Increase in productivity and efficiency at micro level.
