About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to connect with prospective students, understand their career goals, and guide them toward suitable courses and training programs.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a convincing personality, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand students' educational background, career goals, and requirements.
Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, placement assistance, and other program benefits.
Conduct effective product/course presentations and counselling sessions.
Convert qualified leads into admissions through effective follow-ups and communication.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students until the final decision.
Handle queries and objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, lead status, and conversions.
Update all lead and customer information in the CRM/system on a regular basis.




Coordinate with the academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Prepare and submit daily sales/activity reports.
Maintain a professional relationship with students and ensure a positive customer experience.

Candidates with experience in Ed-Tech, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Counselling, or Business Development will be preferred.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers with robust communication and convincing skills can apply.
Prior experience in sales, counselling, telecalling, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
