About the Role
We're looking for confident, energetic communicators to join our telesales team. If you love talking to people, enjoy a rapid-paced target-driven setting, and speak fluent English, this could be a excellent fit — no prior sales experience required, we'll train you.

What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads/sales
Explain products/services clearly and handle customer queries confidently
Follow up on leads and maintain call records/CRM updates
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Build rapport with customers and represent the brand professionally

What We're Looking For




Fluent spoken English (mandatory) — comfortable holding a natural conversation
Good listening and persuasion skills
Basic computer/CRM familiarity (training provided)
Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome
Graduates or undergraduates can apply (12th pass+ eligible) — adjust based on your actual minimum
