Key Requirements:
Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management within the US healthcare BPO industry, with a focus on transitions and solutioning.
Proven expertise in handling large-scale transitions in areas like RCM, HCC coding, claims management, and other healthcare back-office functions.
Hands-on experience in solution design, client management, and process optimization.
Robust understanding of US healthcare regulations and compliance, including HIPAA.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Project Management Skilled (PMP)



or equivalent certification is a plus.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare management, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
PMP certification or relevant project management certifications are preferred.
Expertise in US healthcare industry standards, practices, and technologies.
