Role overview:- The technical support executive is responsible for providing software support, guidance, and solution to C-TRON ERP clients. Key responsibilities 1) handle client calls and support requests. 2) provide technical support to customer via phone,email,chat. 3) understand client issue clearly. 4) provide correct software solution. 5) guide clients for proper accounting entries. 6) assist customer in software updation,installation,configuration and usage guidance. 7) escalate issues when required. 8) maintain skilled communication.
Required skills and qualification
1)Problem solving skill. 2)Providing guidance on the Software Installation process. 3)Handling client calls and if required visiting the client site.
4)Basic knowledge of phone, email, chat, field visit, online desktop sharing application, 3)computer hardware, software, and operation system. 5)Understand of software application and system functionality. 6)Ability to handle customer queries professionally and patiently. 7)Time management and ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously. 8)Willing to learn new technologies and adapt quickly. Qualification:-
B.Tech/BCA/BE/MCA/M.Tech/B.Sc ( computer science), or related field. Language :-Hindi, English,Marathi
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
