Location: Ludhiana
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. The role involves interacting with parents, explaining our services, generating appointments, and maintaining customer records.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries.
Attend incoming calls and provide accurate information about our services.
Schedule appointments and maintain follow-up with parents.
Maintain call records and update customer information in the database.
Convert inquiries into appointments through effective communication.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally.




Coordinate with the reception and therapy team regarding appointments.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Maintain confidentiality of client information.

Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate.
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (Freshers can also apply).
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi (English will be an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
