Production Manager APET (Dairy)

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Job Summary-

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations for the Sidel APET Dairy production line. The candidate should have hands-on experience in operating and managing Sidel APET lines, ensuring production targets, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities-
Manage end-to-end production operations of the Sidel APET Dairy line.
Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Monitor OEE, productivity, and line efficiency.
Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
Lead and develop production supervisors and shop-floor teams.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and EHS requirements.




Drive continuous improvement to reduce downtime and wastage.
Prepare production reports and implement corrective actions.

Requirements-
10+ years of experience in Food & Beverage or Dairy Manufacturing.
Mandatory hands-on experience with Sidel APET Dairy production lines.
Robust knowledge of production planning, OEE, quality systems, and line optimization.
Experience managing production teams in a manufacturing setting.
Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
