RESPONSIBILITIES :
Overseeing the day-to-day activities of home care staff .
Providing orientation, training, and updating staff on recent procedures or patient needs.
Managing staff schedules to ensure continuity of care.
Evaluating staff performance and competence in home care settings.
Reviewing patient charts and ensuring accurate documentation of care provided.
LOCATION : Kumarapuram, Trivandrum
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
