Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with potential customers through leads, calls, and meetings.
Understand clients' property requirements and suggest suitable projects.
Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and other details.
Arrange and conduct property/project visits with clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing leads.
Negotiate and assist customers throughout the sales process.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain customer and sales records in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth closure and documentation.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Noida)
