Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve system reliability.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex application issues.
Experience in managing and supporting enterprise financial systems.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
Excellent communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger.
This position is based at our DDC2A - SEZ office.
