Job Title: Junior Associate – API Integration

Role Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented Junior Associate to support the integration of banks and clients onto our platform. You'll coordinate between internal teams, banks and clients; managing documentation, tracking requirements and helping resolve integration issues as they arise. This role is best suited to someone with robust ownership, follow-through and communication skills. Prior experience with APIs is not required; training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with banks and clients to ensure smooth integration.
Manage bank API onboarding documentation and requirements.
Drive tasks end-to-end and ensure timely completion.
Handle emails professionally with clear and timely responses.
Work efficiently on Google Sheets and Google Docs.
Support troubleshooting of integration-related issues working closely with technical teams.
Learn to read API specifications and process flows over time.

Who Should Apply?

Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 6 months of experience with robust communication skills and an interest in FinTech and system integrations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
