Job Title

Maintenance Manager

Department: Operations & Maintenance

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in maintenance of commercial vehicles, preferably public transport, Diesel buses, or fleet management.
Experience in handling maintenance operations of Eicher, Tata marcopolo, Force motors is preferred.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of commercial vehicle spare parts and inventory management.
Hands-on knowledge of CNG/Diesel buses maintenance.
Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of Eicher, Tata marcopolo, Force motors buses.
Robust technical knowledge of bus systems, engines, transmission, suspension, braking systems, electrical systems, and spare parts.
Expertise in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.
Inventory and material management.




P&L; management and maintenance cost control.
Budgeting and financial analysis.
Warranty management and claim processing.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Leadership and team management.
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and fleet maintenance software.
Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), TPM, and Lean Maintenance practices.
