EVE Healthcare is hiring a Customer Support Executive to assist patients with booking diagnostic services such as MRI, CT Scan, PET CT, Ultrasound, X-Ray, and Blood Tests.
Responsibilities
Handle patient calls and WhatsApp queries
Book appointments and provide pricing
Guide patients through the booking process
Coordinate with diagnostic centers
Maintain lead and booking records
Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge
Customer-focused attitude
Experience in customer support, telecalling, or healthcare is preferred
Job Details
Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: 1 Day
Salary: As per market standards
