Job Description:

· Should be able to calculate fittings required

· Should be able to complete the target as defined

· Should be able to manage site team

· Should be able to resolve labour conflicts

· Should be able to work extra hours if required

· Should work on Sunday if possible

· Should be able to take measurements on site

· Should be able to maintain track records for materials in & out

· Should have proper knowledge of fittings & material

· Should able to take site clearance from client

Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Site coordination and supervision skills
Knowledge of safety practices and quality control
Problem-solving and conflict resolution in office
AutoCAD / Revit (basic level) preferred
Valuable communication and leadership

Educational Qualification:
D. Mech / B. E Mech /Dip.in Fire Safety Management.

Work Experience: 0 –2 yrs
