About the Role

Drive student admissions and lead conversion through proactive calling, counselling, and follow-ups. You will connect with prospective students and parents, understand their career goals, explain INSD programs, and help move inquiries toward enrolment. This role requires solid communication, persuasion, and consistent follow-up in a target-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with fresh, warm, and existing leads generated through digital campaigns, walk-ins, and references
Counsel prospective students and parents on INSD courses, career opportunities, fees, and admission process
Convert inquiries into campus visits, counselling sessions,



and admissions
Maintain accurate lead status, follow-up notes, and conversion updates in CRM or Excel trackers
Coordinate with centre teams for counselling schedules, documentation, and admission closure
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
Support re-engagement of old leads and pending inquiries through regular follow-ups

Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, admissions, counselling, or lead conversion
Strong verbal communication and convincing ability in English and Hindi
Comfort in speaking with students, parents, and working on follow-up cycles
Basic proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp, email, and calling processes
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized in day-to-day execution
