Educational Qualifications : Master of Design (M.Des)

Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom sessions aligned with university standards and prescribed teaching methodologies
Manage student attendance and oversee day-to-day academic activities
Apply creative teaching techniques to enhance learning outcomes
Contribute to curriculum development and periodic updates
Develop academic resources, laboratory manuals, and related documentation
Support the setup and improvement of laboratory infrastructure
Ensure smooth conduct of examinations and assessments
Maintain accuracy and timeliness in entering marks in the ERP system
Participate in student mentoring and support initiatives
Encourage student involvement in co-curricular and extracurricular activities
Coordinate and accompany students for industry visits, seminars, and workshops
Create topic-wise practice modules, weekly mock tests, and analyze student
performance for improvement




Engage in research and development activities as per university standards
Guide student projects and research work
Promote industry–institute interaction to enhance student exposure and employability
Publish research papers in journals, conferences, and books
Participate in training programs, workshops, and faculty development initiatives
Undertake academic and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the institution
Performing any other necessary duties as required.Skills & Competencies
Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral, transparent accent.
Solid classroom management and student-engagement skills.
Familiarity with language lab software and digital teaching tools.
Ability to design contemporary, engaging course content for technical / management students.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
