Responsibilities:

Ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of IT recruitment, which includes sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews

Execute strategic global hiring programs as an IT talent recruiter keeping in mind international Information Technology trends

Manage the IT talent hub through job boards and procure the right talent for the company by screening resumes and managing the database

Design and implement job descriptions and engage with potential candidates on social media platforms

Devise and implement IT recruiting strategies to source potential candidates who are in the IT sector

Collaborate with senior staff to recognise exactly what is necessary to ensure optimum IT staffing solutions

Manage the end-to-end recruiting cycle including writing job descriptions, employee screening, interview processes,



and onboarding for IT-specific job profiles

Keep track of the global IT trends, and job boards to enable effective and accurate recruitment

Required skills and qualifications:

Previous work experience as an IT recruiter, or a similar role in the field of recruitment

Solid technical expertise with the skillset to comprehend and communicate job requirements in the IT sector

Outstanding oral and written communication skills, along with a flair for networking

Experience in working with computerised HR IT recruiter software and job boards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
