Should have 1 to 4 years of RCMS experience.
Robust analytical skills required.
Valuable communication skills.
Should be versatile to work from the office.

Candidate Should Have a Basic Understanding of:
Claim Form 1500.
Physician & Medical RCM Background.
Provider side processes.
Coding tools – CCI, McKesson.
Specialties – Cardiology, Radiology, Gastroenterology, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Surgery, etc.
Clearinghouses – Waystar, eCommerce, etc.
CPT range & Modifiers.
Voice-based process only.
DME & Claim adjudication do not fall under Physician AR.
Domain experience in overpayment alone does not qualify for L2 screening.
Hospital AR experience does not qualify for Physician AR, but candidates can be routed to Hospital AR hiring.
Role Definition

A Sr. Consultant's primary responsibilities include achieving daily KRAs, such as:

Production – Reviewing claims to liquidate and resolve outstanding AR or denials.
Quality – Completing production tasks with minimal deviation.
TOS (Time on System) – Adhering to shift schedules and maintaining productive hours.
