Comfortable handling customer interactions related to tours and travel.
Robust sales and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of customer enquiries while ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Make cold calls and follow-up calls to convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
Respond promptly and professionally to sales enquiries via phone and email.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable tour and travel options.
Follow up with prospective customers to achieve sales targets and conversions.
