Job Responsibilities
Handle outbound and inbound calls with prospective customers.
Promote and sell company services over the phone.
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable products/services.
Convince customers and convert leads into successful sales.
Follow up with interested customers through calls.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with the concerned team for successful order/sales completion.

Requirements
Experienced candidates preferred.
Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, telecalling, or over-the-call sales.
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Target-oriented with solid sales and negotiation skills.
Positive customer-handling and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
