Program Specialist US Healthcare Voice Process
Location: Bengaluru (Manyata Tech Park)
Shift: 6:00 PM - 03:00 AM (Night Shift)
Contract: 6 Months (Extendable based on Performance)
Key Responsibilities:
Process patient applications and determine eligibility.
Handle insurance verification, claims processing, and perks coordination.
Support reimbursement processes, prescription coordination, and therapy access programs.
Maintain accurate records and update patient information in internal systems.
Ensure adherence to HIPAA guidelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve patient and insurance-related queries.
Eligibility:
2+ years of overall experience.
Minimum 2 year of US Healthcare Voice experience (mandatory).
Experience in claims processing, insurance verification, prior authorization, eligibility verification, or healthcare operations.
Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized institution.
Solid analytical, attention-to-detail, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Valuable written communication skills.
Selection Process: Typing Test (35 WPM with 85% Accuracy) Panel Interview HR InterviewPreference will be given to Immediate Joiners.
