Las Hermanas, a premium Goan Mexican restaurant on wheels concept looking for Commi I who will be responsible for preparing and cooking while maintaining quality, hygiene, and consistency in a rapid-paced food truck workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items as per standard recipes.
Perform daily mise en place and ingredient preparation.
Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Assist with inventory, stock rotation and waste control.
Support smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
