Job Overview

VproTech Digital is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our services and training programs, generating leads, and maintaining robust communication with prospects.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and students.
Explain company services, training programs, internships, and other offerings.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.




Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales and counseling team for lead conversion.
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers.

Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable convincing and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
Ability to handle customer queries confidently.
Valuable follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with telecalling, sales, counseling, or customer-service experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per hour
