Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with schools, school owners, principals, and management to generate business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key school decision-makers.
Present Crickingdom’s cricket academy, coaching and sports programs to schools.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into school partnerships and business opportunities.
Conduct regular follow-ups and manage the complete sales cycle.
Understand school requirements and propose suitable Crickingdom solutions.
Coordinate with Academy Operations, Coaching, Customer Insights and Management for smooth execution.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, follow-ups and closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify current schools, territories and opportunities for business expansion.

Primary KRA

Lead Generation → School Meetings → Presentations → Follow-up → Partnerships → Revenue

Qualifications:
2+ years in B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, School Sales or Business Development.




Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confident interacting with School Owners, Principals and senior management.
Solid sales closing and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and commercially driven.
Good Excel/Google Sheets and CRM skills.
Self-driven and comfortable working independently from home.
Education, EdTech, Sports, Cricket Academy or School Sales experience preferred.
