Sales Executive – Property Sales | SeaWinds, Guhagar

Location: Guhagar, Maharashtra

Job Responsibilities:

Call leads and enquiries for property sales.

Follow up with prospective customers and arrange site visits.

Explain project details, pricing and payment plans to customers.

Convert leads into bookings/sales .

Maintain regular follow-up with existing and recent customers.

Handle after-sales coordination and customer support, including documentation, agreement, registration, and other related formalities.

Develop local contacts and explore current sales opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

1–3 years of experience in real estate/property sales preferred.

Valuable communication and convincing skills.

Target-oriented and willing to travel locally for site visits.

Candidates residing in/around Guhagar will be preferred.

Candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate to Guhagar may also apply.

Knowledge of the local area and surrounding markets will be an advantage.

Salary: ₹25,000 per month , depending on experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
