About Us

Ashoka Solar Tech is a growing solar solutions company specializing in solar panels, inverters, BOS components, solar lighting products, and renewable energy solutions. We are looking for a energetic Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand presence, generate leads, and support our expansion across India.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies.
Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
Create marketing campaigns to generate leads for solar products and services.
Coordinate with the sales team to support dealer, distributor, and EPC partner acquisition.
Plan and execute promotional activities, exhibitions, and local marketing events.
Manage website content and SEO initiatives.
Design and oversee marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, presentations, and advertisements.




Track campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
Build and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, and media partners.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in marketing.
Experience in digital marketing, social media management, and lead generation.
Strong communication and content creation skills.
Knowledge of Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and basic SEO is preferred.
Experience in solar, electrical, energy, or industrial products will be an added advantage.
