About the Role

We are looking for a Support Engineer Intern who is eager to learn and develop skills in technical support, troubleshooting, customer communication, and problem-solving. The intern will work closely with the support and technical teams to understand customer issues, assist in troubleshooting, and document solutions.

What You’ll Do
Assist the support team in identifying and resolving customer technical issues.
Understand customer queries and provide appropriate guidance under supervision.
Assist in troubleshooting product-related issues and identifying possible root causes.
Learn and document common technical issues and their resolutions.
Support the team in preparing and updating FAQs, knowledge bases, and support documentation.
Assist in analyzing support requests to identify recurring issues and patterns.
Maintain accurate records of customer issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
Assist in testing different scenarios to identify and report product issues.




Work with technical and other internal teams to investigate and resolve customer concerns.
Assist in creating straightforward scripts or utilities for debugging, where applicable.
Participate in user training or product-support activities as required.

Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: B.Sc. (Computer Science), B.E., B.Tech, or any Computer Science/IT-related degree.
Experience: Freshers / Students or recent graduates eligible for internship.
