Call current leads and explain products and program.
Answer customer queries on phone and WhatsApp.
Follow up with interested customers until they place an order.
Generate current reseller and dropshipping leads.
Confirm orders and coordinate with the dispatch team.
Maintain daily call records and update customer details in Excel or CRM.
Build long-term relationships with customers and resellers.
Handle customer complaints politely and resolve basic issues.
Achieve daily call and sales targets.

Required Skills
Positive communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi (English is a plus).
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business and MS Excel.
Confident, polite, and persuasive personality.
Ability to handle objections and close sales.
Freshers can apply (training will be provided).
