We are hiring a dynamic Offshore Technical Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels
Screen and shortlist profiles based on client requirements
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Maintain candidate pipeline and database
Ensure quick turnaround time and quality submissions
Build robust relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
2–6 years of experience in IT recruitment
Solid understanding of technical roles (e.g., DevOps, Cloud, Data, Networking, etc.)
Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Preferred skills:
Experience in handling global/client-facing requirements
Exposure to contract/permanent hiring
