About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Animator with 3–5 years of skilled experience to join our animation team. The ideal candidate should have strong animation fundamentals, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create high-quality character and object animations for various projects.

Key Responsibilities
Create high-quality 3D character, creature, and object animations.
Understand storyboards, animatics, and creative briefs to develop engaging animations.
Apply principles of animation such as timing, weight, spacing, and acting.
Collaborate with modeling, rigging, texturing, lighting, and production teams.
Refine animations based on feedback from supervisors and clients.
Ensure animation quality meets project requirements and deadlines.
Troubleshoot animation and rigging issues when necessary.
Maintain consistency in animation style across projects.

Required Skills
Proficiency in Blender (mandatory).
Knowledge of character animation, body mechanics, facial animation, and lip-sync.




Valuable understanding of camera movements and cinematic storytelling.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Animation, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Experience working on animation films, TV series, advertisements, gaming, or digital content.
Knowledge of rigging, lighting, or rendering is an added advantage.
