Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise overall nursing operations.
Ensure adequate nursing manpower and duty allocation.
Monitor nursing standards and quality of patient care.
Coordinate with doctors and other hospital departments.
Ensure compliance with nursing protocols and hospital SOPs.
Monitor patient safety and infection-control practices.
Conduct regular nursing audits and performance reviews.
Train, guide and evaluate nursing staff.
Handle nursing-related patient and operational concerns.
Preferred Candidate
Solid experience in nursing administration.
Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
Robust knowledge of hospital nursing protocols.
Ability to manage large nursing teams effectively.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
