Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Operations Executive. The Operations Executive will oversee daily operational activities, ensure smooth workflow, and manage operations-related challenges. Responsibilities include tracking and analyzing key operational metrics, coordinating across departments for operational efficiency, and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout the production and supply chain process. The role requires working closely with team members and management to achieve organizational goals and optimize processes.
Qualifications
Robust Operations and Operations Management experience, including the ability to streamline processes and oversee day-to-day functions
Effective Analytical Skills to analyze data, identify trends,
and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to collaborate with teams and build effective working relationships
Ability to adapt to agile environments and manage multiple tasks effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
Relevant educational background, preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
Prior experience in the food industry or similar sectors is a plus
