Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant MEP discipline (B.Tech/BE).
Minimum 7–8 years of experience in construction projects.
Solid experience in coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) activities.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor all MEP activities at the project site.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
Ensure MEP works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.




Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or coordination issues.
Review and coordinate MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical documents.
Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on MEP work progress.
Coordinate between civil, architectural, and MEP teams to avoid clashes and ensure smooth project execution.
Follow up on material requirements, procurement, and delivery schedules.
Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and technical requirements.
Prepare and maintain project reports, coordination records, and progress updates.
Assist in resolving technical and site coordination issues.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
