About the Role

Catalyst Education is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our Perinthalmanna branch. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and identify potential students/customers.

Counsel prospective students and parents about available educational programs.

Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and personal interactions.

Convert leads into admissions and achieve assigned sales targets.

Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing students.

Participate in promotional activities, events, and other lead-generation initiatives.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Work collaboratively with the team to achieve branch-level targets.

Qualifications & Requirements





Education: Any Degree.

Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the education industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Ability to handle follow-ups and work in a rapid-paced workplace.

Freshers with a strong interest and passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
