Work as a trainee across various departments such as Production, Quality, Design, Projects, Maintenance, and Service.
Understand and support day-to-day departmental activities and processes.
Assist senior engineers in technical and operational activities.
Learn about machinery, manufacturing processes, quality standards, and engineering practices.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of assigned activities.
Prepare and maintain required reports, records, and documentation.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation.
Follow company safety, quality, and operational procedures.

Skills Required:

Positive technical knowledge of Mechanical Engineering fundamentals.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD / engineering drawings will be an added advantage.

Valuable communication and analytical skills.

Willingness to learn and work across multiple departments.

Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Freshers / 0–2 years

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
