We are looking for a highly motivated Centre Head to lead operations, business growth, and healthcare delivery across the Bhopal Regions - Budhni, Lateri, Rehti, Ganjbasoda, Sironj and Obedullaganj.

Reporting directly to the Regional Head – Bhopal, the Centre Head will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of all assigned centres while driving business expansion, product sales, revenue generation, and team performance within the cohort.

This role requires someone who enjoys working in the field, building relationships, solving operational challenges, and achieving growth targets.

Job Description

Responsible for managing end-to-end operations, sales, and business expansion of Medyseva centres within the assigned territory.



The role includes ensuring smooth clinic operations, driving revenue growth through healthcare products and services, building partnerships with hospitals, doctors, pharmacies, NGOs, government, and CSR stakeholders, and leading field teams. The position also involves monitoring key performance indicators, preparing MIS reports, executing local marketing initiatives, organizing health camps, and strengthening community engagement to enhance Medyseva’s regional presence and business growth.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
