Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through live chat, calls & WhatsApp.
Provide accurate product, order, and policy information.
Manage website orders, tracking, returns & exchanges.
Follow up with customers and enquiries for future business.
Maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.

Requirements
Positive English communication skills – Mandatory
Robust customer handling and follow-up skills.
Basic computer & MS Excel knowledge.
E-commerce/CRM experience preferred.
Fashion/retail experience is an advantage.
