Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and maintenance of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, switches, and networking equipment.
Installation and commissioning support for CCTV systems.
Diagnose faults in IP cameras, analog cameras, fiber network, power supply, and structured cabling.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
Configure IP addresses, network settings, remote viewing, and recording systems.
Attend customer complaints and resolve issues within timeline.
Prepare service reports, inspection reports, and maintenance records.
Check camera recording status, storage health, and network connectivity.
Support in fiber optic and LAN troubleshooting.
Ensure proper documentation and customer sign-off after service completion.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
