Job Description: Business Process Manager

Position Overview : The Business Process Manager will act as a key leader responsible for overseeing, evaluating, and improving end-to-end business workflows to enhance operational efficiency. In this role, you will analyze existing processes, map complex workflows, identify optimization and automation prospects, and implement robust process management strategies across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
Process Analysis & Optimization: Evaluate current operational workflows, diagnose bottlenecks, and implement effective process improvement strategies to scale performance.
Workflow Architecture: Extensively lead technical and operational planning, creating detailed process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service level agreement (SLA) frameworks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with IT, technology infrastructure teams, and business units to assess automation feasibility (BPM, RPA, or Fintech systems).
Project & Change Management:



Drive change management for existing processes using structured change control frameworks, ensuring minimal business disruption.
Quality Assurance & Governance: Establish performance metrics and ensure all developments maintain high-quality operational standards and turnaround times (TAT).
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize strong analytical skills to problem-solve, generate weekly/monthly productivity reports, and present data-backed recommendations to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree/MBA is a distinct advantage).
Experience: 0 to 5+ years of experience in business process mapping, management consulting, or operations management (Freshers with robust analytical background are welcome for junior tracks).
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Excel
Core Competencies: Solid analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent leadership and communication skills to direct cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹325,029.07 - ₹665,053.23 per year
