We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive agency channel growth in the Guntur market. The role involves recruiting, developing, and managing a team of Financial Advisors/Insurance Agents to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard Financial Advisors/Insurance Agents in the assigned territory
Train and mentor advisors to generate life insurance business
Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets through the advisor team
Build and maintain robust relationships with advisors and customers
Ensure persistency and quality of business sourced
Conduct regular activity planning and market mapping in Guntur and surrounding areas
Maintain compliance with company norms and IRDAI guidelines

Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate in any discipline
Robust communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Prior experience in insurance/BFSI sales or agency development preferred
Local candidates from Guntur with market knowledge preferred
Two-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory.
