Key Responsibilities
Prepare Continental and Italian dishes as per standard recipes.
Handle mise en place, food preparation, and portioning.
Assist CDP and senior chefs during daily kitchen operations.
Prepare items such as pasta, pizzas, sauces, salads, soups, and other Continental dishes.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and stock rotation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and kitchen.
Follow food safety and HACCP standards.
Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients.




Support the kitchen team during busy service hours.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in Continental/Italian cuisine.
Positive knowledge of Italian and Continental cooking techniques.
Good knife skills and basic knowledge of kitchen equipment.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen setting.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
