We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The candidate will support the architectural team in design development, preparation of drawings, site coordination, and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, plans, elevations, and sections.
Develop and modify drawings based on project requirements and feedback.
Coordinate with senior architects, engineers, consultants, and site teams.
Conduct site visits and monitor work progress as required.
Assist in preparing working drawings, presentations, and project documentation.
Ensure drawings and designs comply with project requirements and applicable standards.
Coordinate architectural requirements with structural, MEP, and other project teams.
Make revisions to drawings based on site conditions and design changes.
Maintain proper documentation of drawings and project-related files.
Support the team in design development and execution of projects.
Required Skills :
Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion, Photoshop or similar software will be an advantage.
Positive understanding of architectural drawings and construction processes.
Solid attention to detail and design sense.
Qualification:
B.Arch – Bachelor of Architecture from a recognized institution.
Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
Preferred Candidate:
Candidates with exposure to residential/commercial projects will be preferred.
Robust portfolio or academic project work will be an added advantage.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
