The Branch Manager will oversee overall administration, student engagement, Sales, business growth, and operational excellence for the branch. This role demands robust sales leadership, skilled communication, and strategic coordination to hit revenue targets while maintaining smooth campus operations and exceptional student support.

Experience & Qualifications
Sales Experience: 5+ years of proven track record in direct sales or business development.
Management Experience: 1–2 years in a leadership, supervisory, or managerial role.
Industry Preference: EdTech or educational sector experience is a strong advantage.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

Roles & Responsibilities
Admission & Revenue Growth: Drive student admissions, execute sales strategies, and achieve monthly/quarterly growth and revenue targets.
Team Supervision: Supervise, train, and mentor administrative, sales, and academic staff to maintain high productivity, discipline, and performance.
Branch Operations Management:



Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth functioning, administrative efficiency, and a high-standard campus setting.
Marketing & Outreach Coordination: Coordinate local marketing, promotional campaigns, and community outreach initiatives to boost branch visibility and lead generation.
Student Support Excellence: Ensure exceptional service quality, prompt inquiry resolution, and high standards of student and parent satisfaction.
Reporting & Documentation: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), compile operational metrics, and submit detailed sales and branch performance reports to senior management.
Event & Institutional Support: Lead and support branch-level campaigns, workshops, open days, and promotional events to drive community engagement.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
