Job Summary:

We are looking for a Process Audit professional with a strong accounting background to conduct process and internal audits, identify control gaps, and recommend improvements to business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct Process Audits and Internal Audits for client organizations.
Review accounting, financial, and operational processes to identify gaps, risks, deviations, and control weaknesses.
Perform transaction testing, document verification, reconciliations, and sample-based audit checks.
Conduct process walkthroughs and discussions with process owners to understand existing practices.
Evaluate internal controls and compliance with established processes and policies.
Analyze audit findings, identify root causes, and provide practical recommendations for improvement.
Prepare audit working papers, observations, and reports with explicit findings and recommendations.
Communicate audit observations to client stakeholders and support corrective actions.




Conduct follow-up reviews to ensure identified issues are appropriately addressed. Maintain proper audit documentation and complete assignments within defined timelines.

Requirements
M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
2–4 years of relevant experience in Process Audit, Internal Audit, or similar roles.
Accounting/Finance background is mandatory. Solid knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and audit procedures.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
Good communication and report-writing skills.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
