Key Responsibilities
Student Counseling: Guide students and parents on undergraduate, postgraduate, or certificate courses that match their career goals.
Lead Management: Make daily phone calls, send emails, and message leads via WhatsApp to pitch educational programs.
Consultative Selling: Build trust, answer questions, and explain the career value of the courses.
Virtual Meetings: Host one-on-one online counseling sessions and webinars for prospects.
CRM Tracking: Update lead statuses, call notes, and follow-up schedules accurately using CRM tools.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue goals.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
