Sales Coordination
Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers.
Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer requirements.
Maintain and update customer records and sales documentation.
Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into orders.

Logistics & Inventory
Maintain stock and inventory records with accuracy.
Coordinate dispatches and deliveries with logistics partners.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
Prepare inventory and stock movement reports.

Accounts & Documentation
Generate invoices, delivery challans, and other sales documents.
Track outstanding payments and coordinate payment collections.
Follow up with customers regarding pending dues.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of sales and logistics records.

Customer & Distributor Coordination
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing distributors and customers.
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone professionally.
Draft and send skilled emails, order confirmations, and follow-up communications.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
