Key Responsibilities1. Site & Project Management
Conduct precise initial site measurements and technical verification.
Check site readiness including electrical, plumbing, and tiling points.
Ensure zero-error execution matching the approved 2D/3D design layouts.
Deliver projects on time according to the committed schedule.
Team & Carpenter Supervision
Manage, schedule, and allocate tasks to in-house and freelance carpenters.
Supervise daily in office work to maintain strict quality control.
Resolve on-site technical issues, alignment problems, and material shortages.
Train junior supervisors and installation teams on safety and finishing standards.
Client Relationship & Handover
Provide regular progress updates to clients and interior designers.
Conduct final site inspections with clients to address snag lists immediately.
Ensure a smooth, clean, and timely project handover to the customer.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in modular kitchen site management.
Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or equivalent practical experience.
Languages: Must speak fluent Hindi (to coordinate with diverse labor/carpenters) and Tamil (for local clients and vendors).
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of kitchen hardware (Hettich, Blum, Hafele), materials (HDHMR, Plywood, Acrylic), and MEP layouts.
Leadership: Robust leadership skills to manage unruly labor, tight deadlines, and demanding clients.
