Job Requirements & Skills
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 3+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience.
Soft Skills: Solid verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and time management.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
